I've had a lot of people asking me about Christmas minis... I haven't done these before, and I only wanted to offer them if I felt they would fit with my style of photography.
I'm not really a backdrops and "say cheese" style of photographer...
...but I LOVE Christmas, and so I've come up with the following two offerings:
1 Capturing *YOUR* Christmas
I'll come to your home and photograph your family putting up the decorations and getting into the festive spirit- these will be a mixture of candid photographs of you guys decorating (or baking, lighting the advent candle, or dancing - however you guys get into the Christmas spirit!) and a few group shots in front of your Christmas tree.
£125 for a half hour session, including 5 photographs of your choice
Optional: £100 extra to upgrade to the full gallery.
2 Christmas minis in Marlow Common
We'll meet in the woods at Marlow Common.
You guys can decorate a Christmas tree together...
I'll bring some Christmas games and props (Santa hats / fancy dress /vintage lanterns etc)
I'll have some Christmas activities planned, according to the ages of your little ones
£100 for 30 minute session including 5 photographs of your choice.
(£100 optional upgrade to the full gallery once you've seen the photographs.)
In case of bad weather, these will move to the first weekend of December
(but don't worry, I will refund your session fee if you are unavailable that weekend!)
As usual, there are plenty of other features to entertain the children: a swing, fallen trees to walk across, dens and trees to climb.

FAQ
What if it rains on our session date?
If it's just a shower, we'll go ahead - I'll bring clear umbrellas which photograph well. if there is heavy rain or strong wind, we will reschedule - I am keeping space in the first weekend of December in case we need to reschedule. If you are unable to reschedule, I will refund your deposit payment in full!
Will 30 mins be long enough?
These mini-sessions will allow us enough time to get a few family portrait and some individual portraits. I send out a questionnaire to find out what kind of photographs are most important to you.
I offer longer sessions for those who prefer to have time to relax into things and get a full gallery with a real range and variety of images. In my full sessions, it's much easier for me to build a rapport with your little ones and they feel much more like a family adventure in the woods, rather than a photo session!
Minis are perfect for families who aren't sure if they want to commit to a full session, but who would like to try it out and update their family photos at the same time.
Tell me about the full process.
You book a time slot and pay the session fee, I will reach out shortly and send you a prep guide (which covers what to wear and bring with you). I reach out the day before our session to send directions and send you a pin on whatsapp the day of your mini-session when I arrive at the location.
2-4 weeks after our session, you receive your photographs in an online password-protected gallery. You can download your favourite 5 images immediately, as part of the session fee, or choose to upgrade to the full gallery to download them all!
Can we bring our pet? Grandparents?
Oh yes, please do, Marlow Common is the perfect location for your dog to join us. I welcome pets, as they are part of your family too! And grandparents or extended family are more than welcome to join us.
